Shipment Policy of Upariz

At Upariz, we strive to ensure that your orders are processed and delivered promptly and efficiently. This Shipment Policy outlines how we handle shipping, delivery, and related charges. By placing an order with us, you agree to the terms of this policy.
1. Shipping Methods and Delivery Times
We offer a variety of shipping methods to suit your needs. Delivery times are estimated based on the shipping method chosen and the destination of the order.
- Standard Shipping: Delivery time is typically 5-7 business days within the United States, depending on your location.
- Expedited Shipping: Delivery time is typically 2-3 business days, depending on your location.
- Overnight Shipping: Delivery is made the next business day after shipment (available only for orders placed before the cutoff time).
Please note that all delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. Delivery times may vary due to factors such as weather, holidays, and shipping carrier delays.
2. Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on several factors:
- The size and weight of your order.
- The shipping destination.
- The shipping method chosen.
We occasionally offer free shipping promotions, which will be clearly indicated at checkout. Any applicable discounts will be automatically applied.
3. Order Processing Time
Orders are generally processed within 1-3 business days from the time the order is placed. Processing times may vary depending on product availability and order volume, especially during peak seasons or sales events.
- Order Confirmation: After you place an order, you will receive an order confirmation email. This does not mean the order has been shipped, but it confirms we have received your order.
- Shipping Notification: Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email, which includes a tracking number to monitor your order’s progress.
4. Shipping Restrictions
- Domestic Shipping: We currently ship only within the United States. International shipping is not available at this time.
- Address Errors: Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. Upariz is not responsible for delays or lost packages caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses.
- P.O. Boxes: We may not be able to ship certain items to P.O. Box addresses. Please provide a physical address when possible.
5. Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this number to track your shipment through the carrier’s website. Please note that tracking information may take up to 24 hours to become available after the shipping notification is sent.
6. Delays and Shipping Issues
While we do our best to ensure timely delivery, Upariz cannot be held responsible for delays caused by external factors such as:
- Shipping carrier delays.
- Weather conditions.
- Natural disasters or unforeseen circumstances.
- Public holidays.

7. Damaged or Lost Shipments
If your shipment is damaged or lost during transit, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. We will assist you with filing a claim with the carrier and arrange for a replacement or refund if necessary.
8. Shipping to Multiple Addresses
If you wish to ship items to multiple addresses, you will need to place separate orders for each shipping destination. We currently do not offer an option to ship multiple items to different addresses in a single order.
9. Signature Confirmation
For certain high-value items, we may require signature confirmation upon delivery. If a signature is required, the shipping carrier will not leave the package unless someone is available to sign for it.
