Refund and Returns Policy of Upariz

At Upariz, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you’re not happy with your products, we offer a simple and straightforward return and refund process. Please read our Refund and Returns Policy carefully for full details.
1. Returns
You can return most products purchased from Upariz within 30 days of receipt for a full refund or exchange, provided the following conditions are met:
- The item is unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging.
- The product must be returned with all original tags, accessories, and documentation.
- For hygiene reasons, some items (such as seat covers, air filters, etc.) may not be eligible for return unless they are unopened.
2. How to Return an Item
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:
- Contact Us: Reach out to our customer service team at info@upariz.net or call us at (870) 234-3113 within 30 days of receiving your order. Please provide your order number and the reason for the return.
- Return Instructions: We will provide you with return instructions, including the return shipping address.
- Ship the Item: Carefully pack the item in its original packaging and ship it to the return address provided. You are responsible for the return shipping costs unless the product is defective or we made an error in fulfilling your order.
3. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process your refund within 7-10 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
- Refunds for Defective or Incorrect Items: If your product is defective or we sent the wrong item, we will cover the return shipping costs and issue a full refund or send you a replacement item.
- Non-Defective Returns: If you are returning an item because you no longer want it or it doesn’t meet your expectations, the cost of return shipping will be your responsibility.
4. Exchanges
If you would like to exchange an item for a different size, color, or product, please follow the return process and place a new order for the replacement item. Unfortunately, we do not offer direct exchanges—returns must be made separately from new orders.
5. Non-Returnable Items
Certain items are not eligible for returns or refunds, including:
- Items marked as “Final Sale” or “Non-returnable” at the time of purchase.
- Customized or personalized products.
- Opened and used items (unless defective).
6. Damaged or Defective Items

7. Cancellations
If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible. Once an order has been processed and shipped, we are unable to cancel or modify it. If you cancel an order before shipment, we will refund the full purchase amount to your original payment method.
